We are looking for a visionary leader who will take our brand from “as is” to well-known and loved by streamers and marketing professionals worldwide. Our goal is to give you creative and strategic freedom to achieve this. 


About inSTREAMLY 


inSTREAMLY aims to democratise the world of live streaming. Our platform empowers thousands of micro-steamers to control and monetise their content by offering the same sponsorship opportunities as traditionally only offered to the top 1%. We do this by allowing brands to easily connect with hundreds of steamers at the same time - made possible by our scalable, automated technology.


We are one of the fastest-growing startups in CEE. In 2021 we worked with brands like Disney, Netflix and Samsung and connected them with 35k streamers in 74,000 micro-sponsorships in 12 countries. In addition, we were the co-creators of the most award-winning gaming campaign in Europe and received 13 awards in total for our campaigns. As we secure our Series A financing, we aim to scale and solidify our position in multiple markets (including Western Europe, the US and South America). We are looking for a Marketing Director that will take our brand to the next level. 


The impact you’ll make: 

  • Build and direct our global marketing strategy, which includes managing Branding & Communication, Growth Marketing, Community Building, Performance Marketing and Product Marketing. 
  • Lead, scale and mentor the team. Train & upskill a talented group of marketers into world-class pioneers in digital-first marketing. 
  • Be the creative and quality lead of our marketing. Motivate and guide for innovative and high-quality communication. 
  • Optimise our communications mix and marketing funnel. Lead via well-designed tests and then scaling what works.
  • Collaborate with other leaders on innovation. Collaborating closely with our cross-functional leaders (in product, engineering, operation, expansion, sales, and data science) to identify new opportunities to collaborate and drive customer acquisition.
  • Ensure we are ahead of the market. Regularly reviewing the market, consumer trends, competitor activity, and positioning to keep and grow our position as an industry leader.


You will be a great fit if you: 

  • Have a creative, no-limits approach. Are an out of the box innovator with a solid strategic and creative vision. Promote team creativity.
  • Have a proven track record of leading and executing fully integrated marketing strategies to increase brand reach, user acquisition, engagement, retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
  • Have successfully built a large community. 
  • Are a fast learner with good problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience in a fast-growing company, scaling a marketing team from 3 to 10 people.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done.


Nice to have: 

  • Experience scaling global startup marketing (from seed to series B/C) 
  • Interest (or experience) in gaming, live streaming or creator economy. If not - we will teach you.
