About Tradervue & Wingman

Tradervue is an online trading journal that helps our customers improve their trading performance.

Wingman is an online trade tracking and analysis platform that helps our customers improve their trading performance.


Your Daily Challenges

When we welcome you aboard as a Full-Time Customer Happiness Specialist, we’ll introduce you to your team, which consists of the General Manager,  Product Managers, fellow Customer Happiness Specialists, and Software Engineers. These are the people you’ll work closely with day-to-day.

Once you get settled in and learn more about the team, your day to day activities will look something like this:

  • Answering help desk tickets in an accurate, effective, and timely manner
  • Work with the Product Manager and fellow Customer Happiness Specialists to improve the customer experience
  • You’ll continually identify opportunities to empower users with self-help articles
  • Collaborate with your development team on any tickets that require their input
  • Track and report your success
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Other duties as assigned


Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in online customer service
  • Ownership of Customer Success and Happiness
  • Current or prior experience in trading stock or future options (required)
  • Experience using HelpScout, Jira, and Confluence (nice to have)
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent and clear English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working as part of a remote team
  • Ability to empathize with the goals and desires of an options investor
  • Take responsibility to follow up on client inquiries and ensure their success
  • Ability to remain calm and empathize with an irate customer


Your Compensation

Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is a full-time remote/work from home position.

Background checks will be conducted on final candidates.
