The digital marketing manager role is the glue that keeps all of our marketing together and running without a hitch. We are an 11-year-old business with a strong brand, best in class customer care and satisfaction, and lots of well-honed marketing strategies. But we need someone to help us keep this marketing engine running and constantly improving. This role is great for someone with good marketing knowledge and experience who also really loves systems and process optimization, is organized, and can project manage well.

Some examples of what you will own in your role:
 

  • Our website, including managing the content on the site. We’ve got a talented SEO agency, a designer, a number of writers, and a website developer. You would be (while learning from true greats in the industry) responsible for keeping the site updated, healthy, and at the highest standards of SEO and UI for customers and prospective customers. 
  • Our marketing calendar is end to end. 
  • All marketing campaigns. A couple of times a year we run some campaigns that require careful coordinating across social, partners, emails, etc- this would be you organizing it all and making sure it runs smoothly. 
  • All our email communications. We have a writer but need someone to manage (in Hubspot) making sure those are all running smoothly, calendarize, test, etc. 
  • Project managing the ex-pat website partners- ie organizing the materials they need to help promote us to their audiences. 
  • All our marketing systems. You’d own everything from Hubspot day-to-day management to easy webinars and all the marketing software we use to enable our marketing campaigns.
