About Crowdmade:

Crowdmade is helping influencers and creators make incredible merch. We offer a world-class merchandise service to internet creators that helps them grow their revenues and connect with their audiences. Our average client has over 1 million followers on their primary platform.

However, our services have until now been restricted to only the biggest creators, and we’re looking for someone to help us refine our services as we develop a self-service platform. This person will work directly with the company founders and will be responsible for key product decisions.

The role’s responsibilities include:

• Working with the CTO to refine product requirements and specs
• Designing and implementing new features, including tests
• Learning, maintaining, and improving our existing backend
• Handling bug fixes and improvements
• Assisting the team with custom reports or data exports

Our ideal candidate is:

• Experienced with Python and Django
• Comfortable taking ownership of features
• Detail oriented and thorough 
• A fast learner and good problem solver
• Able to evaluate engineering vs. business trade-offs
• Enjoys working with a small, close-knit team
• Familiar vloggers, streamers, musicians, or other creators
