We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join us at the ground level and help us build a world-class marketing organization. This is the perfect opportunity for any ambitious marketing generalist who wants to try their hand at every aspect of marketing–from SEO to PR to Conversion Rate Optimization–and have a significant impact on the success of our business.


You will be supported in the role by an experienced leadership team and a flexible marketing budget to deploy across content and design.


Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategy and manage Durable's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of Durable's overall content strategy for web, email, and PR
  • Manage a distributed team of copywriters to produce high-quality email and blog content
  • Analyze website and blog performance, continuously tweaking and optimizing towards greater exposure and engagement
  • Create and manage automated lead flows (onboarding, product marketing, retention, etc.)
  • Manage the creation and execution of paid advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience working with CRM and CMS (Active Campaign, Webflow preferred)

  • This is a full-time, remote-first role
  • We have flexible Fridays and encourage our team to work smarter, not longer
  • The salary for this role is CAD $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience
