Summary:

WSI Digital is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a specialized focus on B2B prospecting. In this key role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential partners, driving our business growth through strategic B2B relationships. Your primary mission will be to hunt for, cultivate, and secure partnerships that are not only lucrative but also align with our overarching business goals.

 

Responsibilities:

· Proactively identify and engage potential B2B partners, aligning with WSI Digital's strategic objectives.

· Utilize innovative B2B prospecting strategies, including social selling, outbound targeting, and leveraging marketing databases and referrals, to generate high-quality leads.

· Thoroughly qualify B2B leads, focusing on those with substantial partnership potential.

· Build and nurture relationships with potential B2B partners, guiding them through the sales funnel.

· Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and pitching through negotiation and closing.

· Create and deliver bespoke sales presentations tailored to each prospective B2B partner.

· Maintain comprehensive records of leads and interactions within our CRM system.

· Collaborate with senior management to explore and develop new B2B partnership avenues.

· Skillfully negotiate partnership terms to ensure mutual benefit and value.

· Manage ongoing partnerships to ensure continued success and opportunities for renewal.

Requirements:

· A proven track record in B2B prospecting and partnership development.

· Exceptional skills in relationship management and building rapport in a B2B context.

· Adept at crafting and delivering tailored sales pitches and negotiating B2B agreements.

· Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a role that demands autonomy.

· Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales enablement technologies, with a knack for leveraging these tools in a B2B setting.

· Innovative and creative in lead generation strategies, specifically in a B2B context.

· A genuine enthusiasm for developing strategic B2B partnerships that provide mutual benefits.
