Over the past year, we’ve experienced tremendous growth. More than 4,000 companies have replaced CVs with our assessments to screen candidates in an unbiased and data-driven way. 


As we scale our efforts in 2022 and beyond, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s passionate about leading and coaching high performing digital sales teams and helping people land dream jobs.

The job in a nutshell

As the Sales Manager, acting as a player-coach, you will hire, train, develop and lead a successful team of digital sales reps. You will drive high growth by developing and expanding a frictionless low-touch sales “engine” to increase inbound lead conversion. 


You will report directly to me and work closely with all go-to-market teams in the strategy and execution of demand generating activities. You will be a key player in the growth of the company and contribute to a growing customer base that puts more people in their dream jobs.  



You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Recruiting and onboarding a team of digital sales and SDRs
  • Developing a team of A players, highly engaged and passionate about our mission
  • Driving the exponential growth of low-touch sales bookings 
  • Creating the digital sales playbooks ; optimizing and improving the sales pitch 
  • Owning the day to day activities and managing workload within the digital sales team to maximise lead generation effectiveness 
  • Defining and managing OKRs for your team

  • You have 3+ years in leading B2B digital/SDR sales team and a track record of overachieving targets
  • You are a great sales coach, with a flexible, can-do attitude, happy to put your hand to anything
  • You have a strong understanding of modern sales tech stack and processes 
  • You have a strong focus on operational improvement and making the sales processes more efficient 
  • You have a high degree of ownership, accountability and autonomy 
  • You have an analytical mindset and are data driven
  • You are comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup


Bonus points if…

  • You have experience working in a SaaS company and a fast-growing startup 
  • You have experience leading teams in a remote, asynchronous, multicultural work setting
