Are you an empathetic full-stack developer who is passionate about design? If so, we would love to hear from you. Relevant Bits is looking for an experienced JavaScript developer to help lead our team in developing elegant e-commerce and community solutions using Node.js and React. You will be joining a small, diverse, and friendly team of semi-professionals who care as much about their teammates as the products they create. (Spoiler. It’s a lot!)

About You

• You have 3+ years of experience designing, building and debugging complete web applications from front to back using React and Node.js.
• You care about quality and user experience.
• You are helpful, respectful, and empathetic with your teammates.
• You love to learn and try new things.
• You aren't afraid of making mistakes.
• You are physically located in Europe or the Americas.
• You are a great communicator and proficient in English.

About the Position

• Fully remote with flexible working hours
• Full-time with a salary starting at $100k (based on experience)
• Benefits package (dependent on location)
• 20 paid vacation days per year (plus regional holidays)
• An additional 10 paid company holidays (we close down for the last two weeks of the year)
