Job Description

We are a fully remote company based in Canada and have a very successful SaaS product, which is now over 10 years old! We have experienced significant year-over-year growth and have increased our team size by over 200% in the past year. We are looking to continue this growth by adding talented people, specifically in the field of engineering and marketing.

With this role, you will be responsible for both outbound and inbound recruiting operations. Using tools like LinkedIn recruiter, you will source out candidates and present them with our job listings. For candidates that have applied, you will assist in the vetting of applications and performing initial interviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seek out new candidates using tools like Linkedin Recruiter
  • Qualify new candidates using Recruitee
  • Conduct initial interviews using Zoom
  • Assist in creating and optimizing job descriptions
  • Promote job listings

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on technical roles
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting software
  • College / university degree
